Terms & Conditions
- Application is a request only. Applicants will be notified upon approval as a vendor.
- Upon notification of approval, $100 vendor fee & signed contract will be required to secure booth space.
- Vendor fee is non-refundable unless event is cancelled by Wells Christmas Tree Farm.
